What is cubic content?
Booths can be built up to the front edge of the space and up to 25 feet high, as long as no portion extends into the aisle.
Where do I ship my materials?
Ship to the Fern warehouse between May 31 and July 2, or directly to the convention center no earlier than July 8. Shipping labels and instructions can be found in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
When can signs and banners be hung?
Hanging signs and banners must be installed July 8 or 9; nothing is hung on July 10. Standing or hanging signage is limited to 25 feet and 75 pounds. All signs 75 lbs. and heavier are considered Theatrical Rigging and must be special ordered.
How do I order utilities?

What is drayage?
Drayage covers handling and transporting your shipments to and from the exhibit hall.
Which carpet tape can I use?
Carpet tape must be Polyken 105C and approved by the building.
I'm bringing live plants. Where can I get ice?
Two ice stations and water are located at the back of the exhibit hall.
A buyer purchased items from my booth. How do they take them?
Buyers need an itemized Bill of Sale. Pickup timing depends on whether items are hand-carried or picked up at the loading dock. Details are available in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
What are the teardown rules?
After 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 13, only exhibitors may be on the floor, and badges must be worn at all times. Teardown before 2:00 PM is strictly prohibited. Children under the age of 14 (including infants) are not permitted on the exhibit floor at any time during move-in or move-out.
Can I bring outside labor?
Outside workers need a worker pass from the Fern Service Desk or the AmericanHort onsite office.
