Pre-Registration is a two-step process: register for Cultivate first, then book your hotel rooms on your assigned date. Less waiting, and you know exactly when you can book.

Missed your date? You can still book after General Registration opens on March 9, 2027 at 11:00 AM EST, subject to availability.

Register any time in the window
Register between Feb. 8 and 19, 2027. Registering later in the window doesn't change your hotel booking date.

Register yourself and your team
You can book one hotel room per person registered, so plan for the rooms you'll need. Everyone needs a unique email. Registrations can be transferred later at no charge.

Find your hotel booking date
Hotel booking dates are emailed Feb. 24, 2027. You'll also find your assigned day in your Registration Dashboard.

Book on your assigned date
At 11:00 AM EST on your day, log in to your Registration Dashboard and choose Make Hotel Reservations. Rooms are first come, first served.

It pays to be a member.
Members book hotels first, with booking days set by membership level and exhibitor status. Not a member yet? You can join during registration.

Why is Pre-Registration a two-step process?
It cuts wait times and gives you a specific date to book your hotel, so you know exactly when you'll be able to complete your booking.
Does registering early in the window get me a better hotel date?
No. Hotel booking dates depend on membership level and exhibitor status, not on when you register during Pre-Registration.
Can one person register and book hotels for a group?
Yes. When you enter registration, choose “Attendee” then “Group” to register more than one person. Exhibitors choose “Exhibitor.” Only one person can book for a group at a time, and all attendees must have a unique email.
Am I at a disadvantage if I register after Pre-Registration?
You'll pay the same price, but hotel rooms in the Cultivate block are subject to availability, and popular hotels may sell out.
Can I be guaranteed my hotel of choice?
We can't guarantee every attendee their first choice. Pre-Registration gives you the best chance at your top pick.
Is there an official registration and hotel booking partner?
Yes. Maritz Global Events is the only approved registration and housing partner. Anyone else claiming to offer Cultivate hotel rates is a scam.
