Through personal lessons learned completing a daily challenge to alter her thinking, Women in Horticulture speaker, Genieva McNeale, will discuss the natural tendency for people to have negative self-talk and how the judgmental undercurrents within often undermine peace of mind and success. We will explore the concept of core beliefs, or “saboteurs” and gain an understanding of their origin and impact. We will journey through a diverse array of saboteur thoughts, such as the limiting belief that “I’m not qualified for this, and attempting is futile” or the notion that happiness and success hinge solely on achieving specific goals or financial milestones. Our discussion won’t stop here. Geneiva will equip us with practical techniques to combat these thoughts, replacing them with perspectives that are objective, empathetic and self-affirming. Discover how to identify, label, and distance yourself from limiting core beliefs and build a new neural framework to nurture your inner sage wisdom. Join us on a journey towards success and happiness through the lens of “Positive Intelligence”.
