Pre-Registration is a two-step process to register and book hotel rooms for Cultivate. This process provides the best customer experience to reduce and streamline wait times. Plus, a specific date to book your hotel lets you know exactly when you will be able to complete your hotel booking.
Plan ahead: secure your Cultivate registration any time between February 10-21, and be ready to join us in July!
NOTE: Registering later does not impact your assigned hotel selection date. You can register any time during Pre-Registration and your hotel selection date will remain the same
-You will only be able to book as many hotel rooms as you have people registered during Pre-Registration, so plan for how many rooms you will need. Registrations can be transferred later if personnel change at no extra charge.
-Everyone registered must have a unique email address.

Hotel booking dates are determined by membership and/or exhibitor status and occur as follows:
- AmericanHort Premium Members: March 3, 2025 at 11 AM – 11 PM ET
- Top 50 exhibitors (based on sponsorship and booth size): March 4, 2025 at 11 AM – 11 PM ET
- AmericanHort Plus Members: March 5, 2025 at 11 AM – 11 PM ET
- AmericanHort Basic and Individual Members: March 6, 2025 at 11 AM – 11 PM ET
- Non-AmericanHort members: March 7, 2025 at 11 AM – 11 PM ET
Hotel selection for those who have completed Pre-Registration occurs March 3-7.
On your assigned booking date, hotel rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
At 11 AM ET on your assigned day, log in to your Registration Dashboard, either through the link in your confirmation email or the link in your hotel booking email sent on February 26.
A button to “Make Hotel Reservations” will appear when selection is open on your assigned day. Enter the desired dates of stay and number of rooms and click refresh. Based on the desired criteria, you will be able to select from hotels with available rooms.
If you are not able to select rooms at your preferred hotel, we encourage you to book any available rooms during this time. When you have rooms secured, you may email Maritz to be added to the wait list for your preferred hotel (subject to availability).
Please note: only 15 rooms per hotel can be booked by the same company at each of the following hotels: Hilton and Hyatt.
If you miss your assigned hotel selection date, you will be able to select rooms after General Registration opens March 11 at 11 AM ET (subject to availability).

The Maritz Customer Service Center will be available 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday beginning February 10-February 21.
