This policy applies to all visitors, attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and customers of Cultivate. Information You Provide: Registration (name, email, phone, company, job title, membership status, badge information), Hotel Reservations (dates of stay, room and guest details), Payment Information (billing address, payment details), Exhibitor and Speaker Information (company details, booth information, session proposals, speaker bios and photos), Communications (messages via email or forms, mailing list sign-ups), and Requests (such as letters of invitation, media credentials, and pesticide recertification forms).
Information Collected Automatically: Website Usage Data, Device Information, Cookies and Tracking, Google Analytics, Wistia video analytics, form security tools, and Server Logs.
We use your information to provide and improve our Service, process registrations, hotel reservations and payments, produce badges and event materials, manage exhibitors, speakers and education sessions, personalize your experience, send event communications, conduct analytics, detect fraud (including hotel and attendee-list phishing scams), comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
We share information with Maritz Global Events (official registration, housing and lead-retrieval partner), Map Your Show (event software, mobile app, show planner and exhibitor dashboard), payment processors, ActiveCampaign (email marketing), Wistia (video hosting), form security tools, our official show decorator and audio-visual partners, hosting providers, analytics providers, and support tools. All are bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not sell the Cultivate attendee list.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including event registration, attendance and continuing-education records, then securely delete or anonymize it. Exceptions include legal holds and ongoing business operations.
